Founded in 1996, POWER ADD, INC is composed of a group of people with strong engineering background and manufacturing experiences. With average of five years working experiences, Our ten engineers specialize in analogy of design & layout, product modification and QC control.
POLICY
It is the policy of POWER ADD to provide quality products through efficient manufacturing methods because in today’s competitive power supply markets of computer , communication and other industries, reliable quality control is vital to assure products with superior performances. Besides, we develop and maintain an efficient testing and reporting system for the implementation of high standards of quality to ensure that all controls throughout the entire manufacturing process, POWER ADD adheres to the stringent specifications and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are responsible for planning and administrating quality control activities aiming to
achieve optimal quality for all products that POWER ADD manufactures and ensure products meeting the letter of intent of customer’s specifications.

We have extensive investment in manufacturing technology, including a state-of-the-art computer control system, in-circuit-tester and surface-mount technology manufacturing equipment. Our team can quickly respond to the technological advances and rapidly changing market requirements. The combined strength of development and manufacturing enables POWER ADD to ramp-up new product designs quickly and cost effectively.
TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Well-designed products are meaningless without quality assurance practices. POWER ADD takes great pride in the quality of each power supply and has implemented significant measures to ensure that they are defect-free. Each new power design is tested to its full extent prior to any mass production run and random sample checks are also conducted during each production run to maintain a low failure rate. Numerous historical data are collected for future and on-going failure analyses. Each defect discovered is fully analyzed and corrected. All finished power supplies are subject to electrical, mechanical and visual inspections to confirm that each product shipped meets specifications and is of the highest possible quality.
